Leading With Vision
The company was founded by Mr.Afi Ahmed, a veteran in the travel tourism and aviation business. His vision is to establish a TMC delivering affordable services beyond expectations to customers. Supporting his vision, the company hires and trains professionals who do not compromise on quality.
Early in 2023 Smart Travel launched its portal www.smartzett.com offering a One Stop Solution to B2B affiliates. The portal has over 2500 B2B affiliates registered and has won Arabian Travel Awards twice, ‘Fastest Growing B2B portal in UAE’ (2023) & ‘Most Reliable Travel Platform in the UAE’ (2025)
Smart Travel also launched its OTA platforms Holiday Makers, Combo Deals and academic establishment Smartzett Academy. Investing in technology to optimize costs and increasing outputs, the vision is giving an edge to clients.
