- Local transfers are on SIC basis, to follow the itinerary finalized.
- The itinerary is fixed and cannot be changed, until required by the local operator due to weather changes or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes may incur additional costs payable locally

- Without full payment this voucher wont be valid : Any partial payment within 30 days of departure will be non refundable.
- Due to force majure any package was un operational : A minimum charge of AED 100 will be taken against cash refund.
